Akira: “Rutile and Mitile has been living close to Figaro since you were born, right?”
Rutile: “That’s true.”
Rutile: “My dear mother was friends with him since the past, and I was told that she came to settle in our hometown following Dr. Figaro who lived there first. She used to rely on him a lot, I suppose.”
Akira: “I think so too. But what do you personally think of him, Rutile?”
Rutile: “I do rely on him too! Especially after my dear father passed away, he took both me and Mitile under his care.”
Rutile: “Even now, whenever we brothers get caught in trouble he would still come to our rescue. He is a nice, reliable personage in times of need.”
Akira: “I agree. There were also times I’d thought to myself that I’m glad to have Figaro around.”
Rutile: “Is that so? I guess he usually appears sloppy, but I believe he has a good heart inside.”
Akira: “I heard you and Figaro has been acquaintances since the old times, Lennox.”
Lennox: “That’s right. I first met him when I was one of Sir Faust’s revolutionary army.”
Akira: “Did you talk a lot with him in the past?”
Lennox: “No. He was kinda scary back then...”
Akira: “Scary?”
Lennox: “Yes. Though now we are close friends who would even throw jokes at each other. It’s probably hard for you to imagine what he was like in the past.”
Lennox: “He was a great wizard whose help for the army are very much appreciated; someone who we all hold in high regards.”
Lennox: “I just couldn’t picture myself enganging in a conversation with such person.”
Akira: (Sounds like a relationship between a VIP business partner and an ordinary employee...)
Lennox: “He’s dependable and admired by many, but since the past, I would sometimes only stood there watching him from afar. Maybe it’s because of his exceptionally strong magical power.”
Lennox: “From the perspective of humans, there may be times he would appear merciless and coldhearted.”
Akira: “Ah... I somehow understand that.”
Lennox: “But that strong magical power is still his own, as much as he doesn’t want that. I think it’s just unavoidable for him to appear so.”
Lennox: “It may feel scary for him too, but Sir Figaro himself looked more like he is confused with how he should act around humans or fellow wizards with weaker magical power.”
Lennox: “He is trying to conceal that fact now, but it feels strange whenever he plays dumb in front of me... Sometimes it's just awkward between us.”
Akira: “Figaro has always been there since you were born right, Mitile? What do you think of him?”
Mitile: “Yes. As a doctor, I think he is admirable, but he also has a slovenly side to him.”
Mitile: “For example, he often left his laundry to pile up instead of doing it everyday, he sleeps until noon when it’s his day off and consequently skips his breakfast too, things like that.”
Akira: “Mitile’s pretty strict when it comes to things like this, huh. I guess I also have to do my best.”
Mitile: “Most of the things friends my age would learn from their father, I learnt from my dear brother and Dr. Figaro instead.”
Mitile: “That’s why I would think of him like a relative, like a family. Though I don’t know what Dr. Figaro thinks of me...”
Akira: “You never asked him?”
Mitile: “No way I can! Isn’t it a little bit embarassing...?”
Akira: “Is that so? I think he would be joyed, you know.”
Mitile: “He will definitely grin like a stupid!”
Mitile: “Well, aside , I actually want him to take more care about his health.”
Mitile: “Because my dear father and mother passed away at such a young age... I want Dr. Figaro to stay healthy.”
Mitile: “.....Though I have never told him that directly myself.”
Akira: “Oz has been friends with Figaro for a long time, right. What do you think of Figaro?”
Oz: “........ Like, how?”
Akira: “Uhhh, for example...”
Option: Things you like about him?
Oz: “....Nothing in particular.”
Akira: “Is that so..? But you have been together with him for so long, so of course you don’t hate him, right.”
Oz: “It isn’t as if we’re always together...”
Oz: “But you’re right. If I had been with him for this long, then I probably like him.”
Akira: “Had been for this long... Is that the same case for Snow and White too?”
Oz: “Yes.”
Option: Things you dislike about him?
Oz: “...There are a lot about him that I don’t like...”
Akira: (He has a lot....)
Oz: “But one thing I can say is how he talks so much, yet he never said the important things.”
Akira: “The important things... Ah, can you give me an example?”
Oz: “......”
Oz: “Once, he came to my castle and chatted for long. When I asked what happened...”
Oz: “He only said, nothing.”
Akira: “Is that so...”
Oz: “Rather than asking me about Figaro, you should go ask the man himself.”
Oz: “At least, I feel like that.”
Akira: “Faust, what do you think of Figaro?”
Faust: “I couldn’t care less about him.”
Akira: “....You don’t really have to answer if you don’t want to...”
Faust: “It’s not like that.”
Faust: “He’s all talk and nothing more, an irresponsible man at most. Don’t be fooled by his appearance.”
Faust: “I don’t want to see another fool like me.”
Akira: “Faust is maledictor, right. If you so resented him, have you ever thought about sending him curses?”
Faust: “Even if I did, he will be able to return it. As much as I hate to admit it, his magical power can even doubles the curse he will return back, you know.”
Akira: “...Do you not have even a single happy memory with him?”
Faust: “.....”
Faust: “I was taught healing magic by him. After that man disappeared, I was the one who healed our comrades.”
Faust: “That’s just it.”
